Board Chair

I am currently serving my seventh year as Board Chair. My children Jayk, 12, and Teanna, 14, both attend and extremely enjoy Cornerstone. Our family is sold out on the value of having Godly influence throughout all our waking hours and Cornerstone fulfills that desire. When not helping out at the school you can often find me at Hillcrest Church leading the lighting team, Alpha team, or helping at Boy's Brigade. I am home intermittently.

Vice Chair

Roy has been part of our school from the beginning in 1977. While no longer having any children at the school, Roy is still very involved and you can often find him on the grounds looking after things.

Mark Malcolm

Treasurer

Mark and his wife Tracey are great supporters of Cornerstone. Their daughter Cambria attends grade 5 and Tia is in Kindergarten. Mark has his own consulting company and Tracey has a long history of working with children.

Recording Secretary

Philip and his wife Anita are well known in the evangelical community. Their children Rijish and Rashni have attended Cornerstone.

Oliver Edwards

Director

Oliver has been serving on the board since 2010. Oliver is the lead church planter and pastor for Grasslands Church which meets Sundays at the Galaxy Cinemas in Medicine Hat Mall. He has three sons at the school, and comes to us with a background in technology and social media and a keen interest in education.

Director

Not the newest member on the board anymore, Rubesh and his wife Sharon have been great spiritual supporters of the school over their time. Their daughter, Rhea, is in grade 5 and son Reuben is in Kindergarten. Rubesh oversees building maintenance and is learning lots!
